Albemarle Fire Department and Stanly County Safe Kids program will have car seat check points at the Albemarle Walmart parking lot from 10 a.m.-noon Friday.
Organizers will set up and provide free checks for all vehicles with car seats. They will ensure that the seats are in date and installed properly for the safety of the children riding in the vehicles.
This is free of charge.
