Barbara Hinson Boyle, 77, of Albemarle, N.C. passed away Sunday, August 26, 2018 in her home.

Her funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday August 29, 2018 at First Presbyterian Church with

Rev. Elizabeth Ayscue officiating. Burial will follow in Fairview Memorial Park. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 1-2 p.m.

Barbara was born on October 7, 1940 in Stanly County, N.C. and was the daughter of the late Carl Jasper Hinson and Mildred Taylor Hinson.

She was a former employee and Quality Assurance Manager for Michelin Aircraft Tire Corporation in Norwood. She was currently employed by Walmart at the Albemarle store.

She is survived by a daughter, Elizabeth Anne Boyle of Albemarle, N.C., and two sisters, Pamela Townsend of New Bern, N.C. and Alice Frick of Rockport, TX.

Ms. Boyle is also preceded in death by a sister, Betty Carlene Currie.
