Tuesday, March 16, 2010 — Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

• Rebecca Marie New-man, of Pennington Road, Albemarle, reported fraud, Feb. 28.

• Sandy Michelle Taylor, of St. Martin Road, Oak-boro, reported a misdemeanor larceny of jewelry, March 1.

• Helida Taylor, of Hazard Road, Oakboro, reported a felony larceny of jewelry, March 1.

• Rebecca Elaine Oliver, of Mann Road, Albemarle, reported a breaking and entering of a vehicle, March 3.

• Hugh Ernest Smith, of Pennington Road, Albe-marle, reported a breaking and entering of a vehicle, March 3.

• Shirley Ferguson Smith, of Mann Road, Albemarle, reported a breaking and entering of a vehicle, March 3.

nM J Russell, of South Second Street, Albemarle, reported resist, delay or obstruct, March 3.

• Bee Tho, of Salisbury Avenue, Albemarle, reported first degree arson, March 4.

• Jill Lynn Lary, of Swaringen Road, Nor-wood, was arrested on a charge of simple assault, March 3.

• Mickey Chad Morgan, of Waco Drive, Stanfield, was arrested on a charge of communicating threats, March 3.

• Lacy C. Christian Jr., of N.C. 740, New London, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear, March 3.

• Jerry Michael Morton, of Williams Road, Oakboro, was arrested on a charge of possession with intent to sell/deliver schedule VI, possession of schedule IV and possession of drug paraphernalia, March 3.

• Melinda Kay McLain, of Starwood Drive, Albemarle, reported harassing phone calls, March 1.

• Dwight Lynn Smith, of Gold Branch Road, Richfield, reported a felony larceny, March 1.

• Margaret Phelps Lowder, of Austin Road, Albe-marle, reported a larceny of a generator, March 1.

• Jarrett L. Lowder, of U.S. 49, Richfield, was issued a criminal summons on a charge of employment security commission law violation, March 1.

• Virginia Mabry Irby, of South Stanly School Road, Norwood, was issued a criminal summons on a charge of harassing phone calls, March 1.

• Brandi C. Stirewalt, of U.S. 52 N., Misenheimer, was issued a criminal summons on a charge of injury to real property, March 1.

• Paulette Cecilia Blake, of Cottonville Road, Norwood, was issued a criminal summons on a charge of assault and battery, March 1.

• Jerry Wayne Rowland, of Mt. Creek Road, Albemarle, was issued a criminal summons on a charge of failure to keep dog restraint, March 1.

• Koa Tabitha Hathcock, of N.C. 740, Badin, was issued an order for arrest on a charge of probation violation, March 1.

• Owen Craven Talbert, of Morrow Mountain Road, Albemarle, was issued a criminal summons on a charge of injury to real property, March 1.

• Victoria Perkins, of Cottonville Road, Nor-wood, was issued a criminal summons on a charge of assault and battery, March 1.

• Lillian Lee Brown, of U.S. 52 N., Albemarle, was issued a criminal summons on a charge of assault, March 1.

• Eric Lee Whitley, of St. Martin Road, Albemarle, was arrested on a charge of probation violation, March 5.

• Ronald Lavell Privett, of Austin Road, Albemarle, was issued a criminal summons on a charge of second degree trespass, March 4.

• Dona Ann Sparks Mullis, of Dry Road, Albemarle, was arrested on a charge of damage to property, March 4.

• Crystal Eudy, of Dry Road, Albemarle, reported a larceny of jewelry, credit cards and check book, March 7.

• Darrell Taylor, of Old Aquadale Road, Albemarle, reported a breaking and entering and larceny from vehicle, March 5.

• Louis Stevenson Wat-kins, of N.C. 740, Badin, reported damage to a vehicle, March 7.

• James Russell Fortenberry, of Acado Court, New London, was issued a warrant on sex offender violation, March 5.

• Tiffany Michelle Roberts, of Poplin Road, New London, was arrested on a charge of possession of schedule II and III, March 6.

• Chadwick Solomon Brattain, of Austin Road, Locust, was arrested on a charge of carrying concealed weapon, March 7.

• Jeffery Vance Morris, of Dry Road, Albemarle, was issued an order for arrest on a charge of failure to appear, March 7.

• Cleveland Vang, of Burleson Road, Albemarle, was issued an order for arrest on a charge of failure to appear, March 7.

• Terry Lewis Blalock Jr., of Millingport Road, Richfield, was issued a citation for possession alcoholic beverage under 21, March 6.

• Joshua Allen McKinley Smith, of Pineville Road, New London, was issued a citation for possession alcoholic beverage under 21, March 6.

• Ralph Alan Little, of Hwy. 138, Oakboro, reported a breaking and entering of vehicle, March 8.

• Mike Edwin Crisco, of Barbees Grove Road, Oak-boro, reported a breaking and entering, March 8.

• Roy Lee Helms, of Hwy. 138, Oakboro, reported a breaking and entering of vehicle and larceny, March 8.

• First Bank, on N.C. 49, Richfield, reported a robbery with a dangerous weapon and possession of weapon by felon, March 8.

• Kelli Dawn Bowers, of Atkins Avenue, Norwood, was issued an order for arrest on a charge of failure to appear, March 8.

• Donna Bennett Carrothers, of BW Road, New London, reported a breaking and entering and damage to walls, March 9.

• Robert Michael Pennington Jr., of Falls Road, Badin, was issued a warrant on a charge of assault and battery and communicating threats, March 9.
