• Robert Michael Harrer, Rowland Road, Albemarle, reported an identity theft, Sept. 8.

• Jerry Wayne Lowder, Plank Road, Norwood, reported a larceny of license plate, Sept. 9.

• Roger Lee Stamper Jr., Ridgecrest Road, Locust, reported a breaking/entering and larceny after breaking/entering, Sept. 9.

• Trent Nelson Whitley, Jaida Lane, Oakboro, reported a breaking/entering and larceny-felony, Sept. 9.

• Ryan Gage Smith, Joy Road, Locust, was issued warrants for breaking/entering, larceny, and larceny of motor vehicle, Sept. 9.

• Duane Lamont Perry, Thomas Street, Albemarle, was issued an order for arrest for failure to appear, Sept. 9.

• David Wayne Gardin, N.C. Hwy. 138, Norwood, reported a breaking/entering and larceny from building, Sept. 12.

• Donald Strube Sr., Mini Airport Road, Albemarle, reported damage to property, Sept. 12.

• Karen Joy Edwards and Jesse Benton Edwards, Benton Edwards Road, Marshville, reported an assault with deadly weapon with intent to kill, Sept. 11.

• Patricia Empley Lowder, Hwy. 73, Albemarle, reported an assault, Sept. 12.

• Debra Sue Morton, Polk Ford Road, Stanfield, reported larceny of motor fuel, damage to property and breaking/entering of motor vehicle, Sept. 11.

• Amanda Rae Laton, Rowland Road, Albemarle, reported threatening phone calls and harassing phone calls, Sept. 10.

• James Rector Weeks, Red Hill Road, Albemarle, reported a larceny-felony, Sept. 9.

• Lisa Harkey Morris, Hwy. 24/27/73, Albemarle, reported a larceny-felony, Sept. 10.

• Jeremy Allen Lilly, West Oakwood Avenue, Albemarle, was issued a warrant for larceny, fraud and failure to appear, Sept. 10.

• Pamela Sue Eudy, Cypress Crossing, New London, was issued a warrant for harassing phone calls, Sept. 10.

• Kristy Dawn Rowland, Creekview Lane, Locust, was issued a warrant for worthless check, Sept. 11.

• Misty Dwyer, Pickler Road, Albemarle, was issued a warrant for worthless check, Sept. 11.

• Samuel Adam Light, Bud Arndt Road, Maiden, was issued a citation for fictitious reg. plate, Sept. 11.

• Marshall Wayne Starnes, Love Mill Road, Stanfield, was issued an order for arrest for failure to appear, Sept. 10.

• Patsy Ann Adair, Porter Hill Road, Norwood, was issued a criminal summons for worthless check, Sept. 11.

• Johnny Arthur Page Jr., Calloway Street, Albemarle, was arrested for possession of controlled substance in jail, possession Sch. IV, simple possession of Sch. VI, and drug paraphernalia, Sept. 12.

• Misty Dawn Page, Calloway Street, Albemarle, was arrested for possession of Sch. II and possession of controlled substance in jail, Sept. 12.

• Brittany Nicole Turner, Hickory Avenue, Albemarle, was issued an order for arrest for failure to appear, Sept. 10.

• Tanya Montana Hath-cock, Pennington Road, Albemarle, was issued warrants for failure to appear and larceny from business, Sept. 10.

• Stewart Kristin Lowder, Hubert Road, New London, was issued an order for arrest for failure to appear, Sept. 10.

• Jamie Denise Burnette, Ridgecrest Road, Locust, was issued a warrant for assault with deadly weapon with intent to kill, simple possession of Sch. II, simple possession of Sch. IV and possession of drug paraphernalia, Sept. 11.

• Debra Jill Baker, Rowland Drive, Albemarle, reported a failure to return rental property, Sept. 10.
