Thursday, March 12, 2009 — The following activity is reported by Albemarle Police Department:

• Elizabeth Anne Hall-Mcmanus, 43, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear and resist, delay or obstruct, on South Morrow Avenue at Gibson Street, Albemarle, Feb. 7.

• William Thomas Lilly, 46, was arrested on a charge of possession of marijuana, at East Main Street, Albemarle, Feb. 7.

• Angie Bargesser Sanders, 31, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear, at Mountain Creek Road, Albemarle, Feb. 8.

• Anna Gore Phillips, 44, was arrested on a charge of worthless check, at South Second Street, Albemarle, Feb. 8.

• Derrick Tyrice Graham, 30, was arrested on a charge of a suspended/revoked license, on North East Connector at Badin Road, Albemarle, Feb. 8.

• John Glenn Harris, 19, was arrested on a charge of felony breaking and entering, at Arey Avenue, Albemarle, Feb. 9.

• Reginald Lee Pratt, 43, was arrested on a charge of felony breaking and entering, at Richardson Street, Albemarle, Feb. 9.

• Julia Baldwin Craig, 46, was arrested on a charge of possession of drug equipment/paraphernalia and failure to appear, on Lundix Street at Washington Lane, Albemarle, Feb. 9.

• Renee Victoria Wright, 34, was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor larceny, at N.C. 24-27 Bypass East, Albemarle, Feb. 10.

• Megan Ann Brown, 18, was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor larceny, at N.C. 24-27 Bypass East, Albemarle, Feb. 10.

• Karsten Lydell Watkins, 27, was arrested on a charge of resist, delay or obstruct, on Lennox Street at Leonard Avenue, Albemarle, Feb. 10.

•Mecca Vonisha Gramling, 28, was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor larceny, at South Second Street, Albemarle, Feb. 10.
