Thursday, August 12, 2010 — The Albemarle Police Department reports the following activity:

• Murphy USA #7214 reported a larceny of motor fuel at Leonard Avenue, Aug. 8.

• Robert Lee Talbert reported a breaking/entering misd-residence at Creekridge Circle, Aug. 8.

• Duron Lamar Hampton reported a domestic violence assault at Washington Lane, Aug. 8.

• Found property (bike) was reported at Arey Avenue, Aug. 8.

• Dewala Kim Wheeler, 44, was arrested on a charge of possession of stolen vehicle at U.S. 52 North, Aug. 6.

• Jimmy Alexander Sturdivant, 58, was arrested on a charge of possession of stolen vehicle at U.S. 52 North, Aug. 6.

• Wayne Anthony Johnson, 22, was arrested on a charge of Ndl-oper or chauff/fail to carry license on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive at Davis Street, Aug. 6.

• Yvette Denise Lee, 44, was arrested on a charge of larceny/misdemeanor at N.C. 24/27 Bypass East, Aug. 6.

• Otis Boyce Brooks, 83, was arrested on a charge of DWI on Colston Street at Spaulding Street, Aug. 6.

• Chelsea Yvette McLendon, 17, was arrested on a charge of assault on a child under 12 at Ruby Street, Aug. 7.

• Sharon Thomas, 49, was arrested on a charge of assault-aggravated at Washington Lane, Aug. 7.

• Doris Marie Ethridge, 49, was arrested on a charge of assault-simple at South Fifth Street, Aug. 7.

• Megan Christina Wilburn, 17, was arrested on a charge of simple assault at Leonard Avenue, Aug. 7.

• Joan Green, 45, was arrested on a charge of DWI on Inger Street at South Bell Avenue, Aug. 8.

• Sergio Fernando Mendez, 25, was arrested on a charge of assault on female-misdemeanor at Seymore Avenue, Aug. 8.

• Daniel Lee Franklin, 20, was arrested on a charge of DWI at East Main Street, Aug. 8.

• Jerry Roseboro, 55, was arrested on a charge of possession of stolen goods on North First Street at Salisbury Avenue, Aug. 8.

• Sergio Fernando Mendez, 25, was arrested on a charge of assault on female-misdemeanor at South Third Street, Aug. 8.

• Devaunte Daiquon Collins, 17, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at South Third Street, Aug. 8.

• Jameyeka Janajma Bramhan, 18, was arrested on a charge of assault-simple at Washington Lane, Aug. 8.

• Eva Danielle Pope, 21, was issued a citation of allow person with no legal right to operate vehicle on East Main Street at Anderson Grove Church Road, Aug. 6.

• Derrick Kyle Thompson, 21, was issued a citation of Ndl-suspended/revoked on East Main Street at Anderson Road, Aug. 6.
