Fundraiser bike run continues

Thursday, April 18, 2013 — The 15th annual Kerri D. Efird Memorial Scholarship Bike Run will be on April 27 at West Stanly High School.

This event will take place rain or shine. Registration is at 10 a.m. and the ride begins at 11 a.m. The ride will leave West Stanly High School with a police escort and go to Cox’s HD, Asheboro. All will ride and return together to the school for barbecue and fun.

The cost will be a donation which is tax deductible. There will be T-shirts and great raffle prizes. Help support the only fundraiser for this scholarship fund. Those who don’t ride can still be a part of this – just call and details will be given. All scholarships will benefit West Stanly High School seniors.

For more information call Scott or Tracy Efird at (704) 888-4587, email: kdeschol arship@aol.com or go to www.kerripooh.com.
