Sheriff’s Report

Sunday, July 18, 2010 — The Stanly County Sheriff’s Department reports the following activity:

• Ray Milton Huggins, Ingold School Road, Albemarle, reported damage to property, July 1.

• Daniel Tyler Huneycutt, Twin Harbor Drive, Mt. Gilead, was issued a warrant for communicating threats and assault and battery, July 1.

• Frank Allen Pickler, McSwain Road, Albemarle, was issued an order for arrest for failure to appear, July 1.

• Timothy Brian Plowman, Hearne Road, New London, was issued a criminal summons for assault on female, July 1.

• Nicholas Anthony Heidel, Montgomery Avenue, Albemarle, was issued an order for arrest for failure to appear, July 1.

• Ray Huggins, Ingold School Road, Albemarle, reported annoying calls, July 2.

• Jason Moore, Fiji Court, Stanfield, reported a breaking and entering and felony larceny after breaking/entering, July 4.

• David Calvin Nettleton III, Old Aquadale Road, Norwood, reported a breaking and entering and felony damage to property, July 5.

• Claude Hinson, N.C. 24/27, Albemarle, reported a breaking/entering and felony larceny after breaking/entering, July 5.

• Tillery Sportsman LLC, N.C. 24/27/73, Albemarle, reported a robbery with dangerous weapon, July 4.

• Pierre Smith, Brookmont Avenue, Salisbury, was issued a citation for expired registration and no vehicle registration, July 2.

• Autumn James, Country Side Lane, Albemarle, was arrested for worthless check, July 5.

• Jeffrey Travis Saunders, Cane Drive, Albemarle, was arrested for communicating threats, July 5.

• Brandon Jacob Russell, N.C. Hwy. 47, Lexington, was arrested for felony larceny, July 3.

• Derrick Poplin, St. Martin Road, Albemarle, was arrested for failure to appear, July 4.

• Teresa Rummage, Rummage Cemetery Road, Albemarle, was arrested for worthless check, July 4.

• Tara Bowers, Kirk Avenue, Albemarle, was arrested for communicating threats, July 3.

• Linda Lambert, Arey Avenue, Albemarle, was arrested for probation violation.

• Ashley Horton, Finger Road, Albemarle, was arrested for simple assault, assault with a deadly weapon and communicating threats, July 2.

• Vernon Stanback, Pleasant Valley Lot #17, Montgomery County, was arrested for assault on a female, July 3.

• Ariel Pannell, Sprice Street, Badin, reported a breaking/entering and damage to property, July 6.

• Billy Morgan, Love Mill Road, Stanfield, reported a felony breaking/entering residence, felony breaking/entering and felony larceny from vehicle, July 5.

• Dale Beemer, Frick Road, Richfield, reported a larceny from residence, July 6.

• Jody Smith, Ridgecrest Road, Locust, reported damage to property, July 6.

• Brian Greene, Frog Pond Road, Oakboro, reported damage to property, July 6.

• Melissa Dawn Khan, Ledbetter Road, New London, was arrested for worthless check, July 6.

• Vickie Ramsey Jenkins, N.C. Hwy. 73, Albemarle, was arrested for worthless check, July 6.

• Tammy Taylor Ricketts, Old Aquadale Road, Albemarle, was arrested for worthless check, July 6.

• Robert Wayne Furr, Roland Road, Mt. Pleasant, was arrested for indecent exposure, July 6.

• Amber Nicole Mauldin, Hwy. 52 North, Lot A, New London, was arrested for simple assault, July 6.

• David Lamar Anderson, Clearview Court, Apt. 16, Norwood, was arrested for failure to appear, July 6.

• Pamela A. Wise, Hoytom  In, Richfield, was arrested for worthless check, July 6.

• Eric Dale Wheeler Zakobielski, Stony Mountain Road, Albemarle, was arrested for failure to appear, July 6.

• Harry Joe Marsh, Rock Church Road, Oakboro, was arrested for breaking/entering, larceny after breaking/entering and breaking/entering motor vehicle, July 6.

• Yee Lee, Old Aquadale Road, Norwood reported damage to property, July 7.

• Margie Boyer Beachum, Gaddys Ferry Road, Norwood, reported injury to property, July 7.

• Rella May Morgan, Ryan Road, Richfield, reported a larceny for residence, July 7.

• Korwin Addison Chavis, South Robeson Road, Rowland, was charged with driving with license revoked, July 2.

• Paul Douglas Pickler, Mt. View Church Road, Albemarle, was arrested for threatening phone calls, July 7.

• Meneika Cooke Burleson, Shaver Road, Albemarle, was arrested for simple assault, July 7.

• Sadara Adrill Tyson, Arey Avenue, Albemarle, was issued an order for arrest for failure to appear, July 7.

• Central N.C. Boy Scouts, Cannon Road, New London, reported a larceny, July 8.

• Kathleen Pickler Dutton, Austin Road, New London, reported damage to property, July 8.

• Paul Douglas Pickler, Mt. View Church Road, Albemarle, reported a larceny,  July 8.

• Charles Wayne Kiker, Dakota Lane, Stanfield, was arrested and charged with no registration, driving while license revoked, no insurance, resist, delay and obstruct, and felony speeding to elude arrest, July 7.

• Aaron Justin Smith, N.C. 24/27, Albemarle, was arrested for failure to appear, July 8.

• Karen Herlocker, Bear Creek Church Road, New London, was arrested on a criminal summons for worthless check, July 8.

• Tiffany Nichelle Herlocker, Mountain Creek Road, New London, was arrested on a warrant for harassing/annoying calls, July 8.

• Alton Laverne Sharpe III, Old Davis Road, Norwood, was arrested on a criminal summons for worthless check, July 7.

• Justin Thomas Luguire, St. Martin Road, Albemarle, was arrested on an order for arrest for failure to appear, July 8.

• Marlon Bryan Lewis, Wilson Street, Badin, was arrested on an order for arrest for failure to appear.
