Thursday, February 4, 2010 — Albemarle Police reports the following activity:

• North Albemarle Elementary School reported an unlawful burning, at Austin Street, Jan. 15.

• Teresa Gail Hurley reported a motorcycle theft, at Montgomery Avenue, Jan. 15.

• Jessy Lee Belcher reported an attempted armed robbery, at Brown Avenue, Jan. 15.

• Neon Beach Sun Spa reported a larceny by employee, at Pee Dee Avenue, Jan. 15.

• Bridget Anita Cagle reported damage to a vehicle, on North Second Street at Hamilton Avenue, Jan. 15.

• Michael Anthony Forte reported an assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, at Yadkin Street, Jan. 15.

• Walmart reported a misdemeanor larceny, at Leonard Avenue, Jan. 16.

• Darold Douglas Turner reported a breaking and entering of residence and larceny, at Park Road, Jan. 16.

• Glassco Inc. reported a breaking and entering and larceny from vehicle, at Hamilton Ave., Jan. 16.

• Christine Ambrozy reported a larceny from a vehicle, at Brookwood Avenue, Jan. 17.

• Laveisha Jaquil Kluttz reported a larceny of a mailbox, at Furr Street, Jan. 17.

• Barbara Ann Frick reported a robbery with a dangerous weapon, at Shankle Street, Jan. 18.

• High Maintenance reported a larceny, at Pee Dee Avenue, Jan. 18.

• Radio Shack reported a larceny of an iPod, at N.C. 24-27 Bypass East, Jan. 18.

• Ali Soma Howard, 35, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear, on N.C. 24-27 at Canton Road, Jan. 15.

• Jessy Lee Belcher, 20, was arrested on a charge of loitering for drug activity, on Amhurst Street at Groves Avenue, Jan. 15.

• Tyler Scott Whitley, 23, was arrested on a charge of DWI-alcohol, on Pee Dee Avenue at Ridge Street, Jan. 16.

• Brandi Ann Harwood, 22, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear, at South Third Street, Jan. 16.

• Yvette Denise Lee, 43, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear, Jan. 16.

• David Dois Lambert, 25, was arrested on a charge of failure to appear, at South Third Street, Jan. 16.

• Eric James Morton, 19, was arrested on a charge of misdemeanor larceny, at Leonard Avenue, Jan. 16.
