Stanly Regional Medical Center introduces Dr. Raghava Reddy Induru, a medical oncologist now seeing patients full-time at NorthEast Oncology Associates at Albemarle.
Induru received his medical degree from Kasturba Medical College in Manipal, India. He completed his internship at St. Vincent’s Charity Hospital/Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and his residency training at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y.
Before arriving at Stanly Regional, Induru completed fellowship training in palliative medicine at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio, as well as fellowship training in medical oncology at East Tennessee State University/VA Medical Center in Johnson City, Tenn.
His special interests include geriatric oncology, lung cancer and palliative medicine.
NorthEast Oncology Associates at Albemarle is in the Roy M. Hinson Cancer Center, 945 N. Fifth St., on the Stanly Regional Medical Center campus.
