Stanly County Sheriff’s Report

Tuesday, June 15, 2010 — Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

• Shawn Michael Deese, of Rocky River Springs Road, Norwood, was issued an order for arrest on a charge of failure to appear, May 15.

• Donna Sparks Mullis, of Drye Road, Albemarle, was issued a warrant on a charge of harassing phone calls, May 15.

• David Johnathan Kemp, of Oak Leaf Lane, Stanfield, was issued a warrant on a charge of violation of 50B order, May 15.

• Steven Brinson, of Anchor Road, Norwood, was issued a warrant on a charge of larceny and obtaining property by false pretense, May 14.

• Leonique Brown, of Maple Street, Badin, was issued a criminal summons on a charge of worthless checks, May 16.

• Tiffany Ray Efird, of Rummage Road, Albe-marle, was issued a criminal summons on a charge of worthless checks, May 16.

• Denise Renee Freeman, of Lowder Road, Albe-marle, was issued a criminal summons on a charge of harassing phone calls, May 16.

• Todd Glen Frick, of Lowder Road, Albemarle, was issued a criminal summons on a charge of communicating threats, May 16.

• Tonya Diggs Brooks, of N.C. 24-27, Albemarle, was issued a criminal summons on a charge of worthless check, May 16.

• Larry Dale Tarlton Jr., of Woodland Drive, Norwood, reported a larceny of tools, May 18.

• Heather Ann Mode, of Mabry Road, Albemarle, reported financial identity fraud, May 18.

• Danny Edward Whitley II, of Bertha Lane, Stanfield, was issued warrants on charges of failure to deliver title and civil contempt, May 18.

• Derek Allen Rhodes, of Ruben Drive, Stanfield, was issued a warrant on a charge of failure to appear, May 18.

• Kristene Michelle Lilly, of Field Road, New London, was issued an order for arrest on a charge of failure to appear, May 18.

• John Patrick Fahy, of Dorsett Street, Oakboro, was issued an order for arrest on a charge of failure to appear, May 18.

• Kimberly Green, of N.C. 740, New London, reported a larceny of bracelet, May 19.

• Alpheus Benthall Jr., of Lowder Reunion Road, Albemarle, was issued a criminal summons on a charge of harassing calls, May 19.

• Elizabeth Ann Dixon, of Pine Street, Badin, was issued an order for arrest on a charge of failure to appear, May 19.

• Denise Renee Freeman, of Lowder Road, Albe-marle, was issued a warrant on a charge of threatening phone calls, May 19.

• Todd Glenn Frick, of Lowder Road, New London, was issued a warrant on a charge of threatening phone calls, May 19.

• Billy Joe Richardson, of Old Aquadale Road, Albemarle, was issued a criminal summons on a charge of communicating threats, May 19.

• Lauren Michelle Russell, of Prince Road, Albe-marle, was issued a warrant on a charge of injury to personal property, May 19.

• Jerry L. Kiser, of Chapel Road, Norwood, reported being assaulted, May 20.

• Michael Joseph Williamson, of St. Martin Road, Albemarle, was issued a citation for failure to register vehicle and displaying fictitious registration plate, May 21.

• Christine Nicole Anderson, of Sun Rise Lane, Oakboro, was issued an order for arrest on a charge of failure to appear, May 19.

• Michael Paul Harris, of Gadson Road, New London, was issued a warrant on a charge of obtaining property by false pretense and failure to appear, May 20.

• Jordan Ray Bowers, of Party Lane, Stanfield, was issued an order for arrest on a charge of failure to appear, May 20.

• Tony Lee Frick, of Colson Road, Norwood, was arrested on a charge of simple assault, May 20.

• Rella May Morgan, of Ryan Road, Richfield, reported a larceny of vehicle, May 25.

• Edward Nelson Plyler, of Buster Road, Oakboro, reported a breaking and entering and larceny of mandolin, May 25.

• Robin Lynn Bennett, of Randalls Ferry Road, Norwood, reported harassing phone calls, May 21.

• Loretta Swain Hegler, of Driftwood Commons Court, Mint Hill, reported a larceny of generator, May 24.

• Travis Franklin Clodfelter, of Clodfelter Road, Albemarle, reported fraud, May 24.

• John Timothy Lowry, of Old Aquadale Road, Norwood, reported a larceny of miter saw and amplifier, May 24.

• Christian Nicole Carpenter, of St. Martin Road, Albemarle, was issued a warrant on a charge of communicating threats and assault and battery, May 24.

• David Lloyd Jacobs, of Josh Road, Albemarle, was issued a warrant on a charge of unauthorized use of vehicle, May 24.

• Rodney Marshall Waters, of Austin Road, Albemarle, was issued a warrant on a charge of unauthorized use of vehicle, May 26.

• Mario Antonio Isidro, of Edward Street, Char-lotte, was issued a citation for a revoked license, May 24.
