After more than 2,200 Stanly County voters made their voices heard at the ballot box early, Primary Day has seen a steady flow of voters at polls across the county in the first three hours of voting.
The polls will be open until 7:30 this evening as one of the most important primaries in the state’s history will decide national, state and local candidates for the General Election in November.
The next six months promise to be an arduous journey as the country’s next team of leaders vie for our vote and the right to guide this great democracy.
Today, we give them the opportunity to fight for that right by our votes.
Get out and do the right thing this day and vote your conscience.
