2 aces at Piney Point

— Ken Drye of Oakboro had his first career hole-in-one yesterday July 13th at Piney Point Golf Club. Ken’s ace came at the sixth hole while playing with Raymond Culp, Shorty Almond, and Kenny Bowers. Ken hit a 6-iron.
Zach Torrence, age 16, had his first hole-in-one while playing with his Dad Scot in Myrtle Beach. Zach aced the third hole at the Witch Golf Links using a 7-iron on the 169 yard hole.
