McCrory says state controlled river helps Stanly County

Friday October 25, 2013 — Gov. Pat McCrory said Friday he believed that the Yadkin River belongs to the people of North Carolina and state control will aid in an economic comeback for Stanly County.

The governor commented on that subject and many others in an exclusive interview with the Stanly News and Press Friday afternoon.
