Valerian Growcock was named to the dean’s list at Bates College for the winter semester ending in April 2018. This is a distinction earned by students whose cumulative grade point average is 3.71 or higher.
Growcock, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Roger A. Growcock of Locust, is a 2016 graduate of Piedmont High School. She is majoring in European studies at Bates.
