Bible study is from 6-7 p.m. every Wednesday.
The prayer warriors of Saints Delight Church invite all to the noon prayer session on Tuesday and Aug. 7 and Aug. 21.

Benson Scholarship Foundation

Benson Scholarship Foundation is now entering its third year of fostering continued education by providing scholarship opportunities to youth of Stanly County with the desires to attend either a two- or four-year college.
Thus far this foundation has been able to assist six students the past two years and is committed to assist more students.
A special event will take place at 5 p.m. Aug. 5 at the E.E. Waddell Center. The speaker will be the Rev. Darryl Medley, pastor of Spirit and Truth United Church of Worship. Tickets are $15 per person and sponsorship is $25 minimum.
