The Albemarle Police Department has unclaimed property items that are in the custody of the department and gives notice to all persons who may have or claim any interest therein to make and establish such claim or interest no later than 30 days from now or in default thereof, such articles will be disposed of. Bicycles will be donated to a local charity.

Unclaimed items are: Assorted jewelry, TV, bicycles, wallets, various credit/debit cards, semi auto pistol, iPads, iPod, various cellphones, bag with scissors and tooth brush, chainsaw, assorted phone covers, one set of vehicle keys, drivers licenses, empty boxes, broken glasses and backpack.
