For the fourth year, Stanly Early College is celebrating an “A” on its North Carolina School Report Card.

In honor of the academic accomplishments of students, the school is celebrating by hosting a week of dress up days through Friday.

Each day has a unique theme that students are encouraged to participate in.

Monday was “PJ Day.” Onesies were particularly favored among the students, with a Pikachu, unicorn, cheetah and multiple panda onesies making an appearance.

Tuesday was “Red Out Day,” during which red was worn in accordance with Red Ribbon Week.

Wednesday was “Costume Day.” For Halloween, students could dress as a favorite character, SEC staff member, meme or cartoon character.

Thursday is “Decade Day.” Students can recreate any vintage or throwback styles. Some examples are an ‘80s jock, ‘20s flapper, or a ‘60s hippie.

Friday is “SEC Spirit Day.” To show school pride, students are encouraged to wear school colors.

Additionally on Friday, Stanly Early College is hosting a Fall Fest for students.

Everything from karaoke and laser tag, to food and a hay ride will be rewarded to students.

It is a great way to celebrate achievements, hang out with friends outside of the classroom and enjoy the season.
