The South Stanly women’s basketball team ended a two-game slide Tuesday night with a 50-47 YVC road win at Uwharrie Charter.

Jacy Noble led the Bulls (8-11, 5-6 YVC) with 11 points while Kalea Legrande and Tanaya Harris each added nine.

Natalie Beeson was top scorer for the Eagles (6-13, 2-9) and led all scorers in the game with 21 points.

South Stanly hosts Albemarle on Thursday night.
