Police seek 3 men wanted for shooting of 2 men

Albemarle Police Department is looking for three suspects wanted in connection with the shooting of two individuals last week.

At 10:10 p.m. May 15, officers responded to 116 N Sixth St., Apt. 2, in reference to someone being shot. Upon arrival, officers discovered two men suffering from gunshot wounds. The victims were Unique James Demby and Allenair Richard Harris.

Demby was taken to Atrium NorthEast and treated for his wounds. Harris was flown to Atrium Main in Charlotte and treated for his injuries.

Through the investigation, detectives have identified three individuals allegedly responsible for the shooting.
Warrants were issued on Fitgerald Kennedy Ingram Jr., 28, of 291 S. Kendall St., Norwood, Jeremy Jonathan Watkins, 29, of 624 Vincent St., Norwood, and Fabion Jammalle Hall, 26, of 341 N. Kendall St., Norwood. Each faces charges of two counts of felony conspiracy to commit an assault with a deadly weapon, two counts of felony conspiracy to commit robbery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon and one count of felony robbery with a dangerous weapon. Ingram and Watkins also face charges of one count of felony possession of a firearm by felon.
