Stanly Community College received a 2018-2019 Carolina Farm Credit Corporate Mission Fund grant.

The grant will be used to add vertical hydroponic growing towers to the campus greenhouses.

“Our Corporate Mission Fund allows us an opportunity to support grass roots organizations that are making a difference in their rural communities. We are also thrilled to be able to support these college students furthering their education with the scholarships,” said Vance Dalton, CEO of Carolina Farm Credit.

Carolina Farm Credit is accepting applications for the 2019-2020 Corporate Mission Fund grant cycle. All applications are due by July 31.
