Amanda Jepsen, D.O., graduated from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine with a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree on May 25.

While at WVSOM, Jepsen received a Navy Health Professions Scholarship.
Jepsen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2004. She is a 2000 graduate of Anchor Bay High School in New Baltimore, Mich.

Jepsen is the daughter of Norman and Trudy Jepsen of Albemarle.

She plans to enter a family medicine residency at Camp Lejeune Naval Hospital in Jacksonville.
