Tucciarone’s students perform piano recital

Piano students of Alma Rae Tucciarone presented their annual spring recital on June 2 in the sanctuary of First Baptist Church in Albemarle.
The program included solos, duets and trios.
All of these students played in the recent National Piano Auditions and in the North Carolina Music Teachers Association festival.
Alumni D. J. Poplin, a music major at Appalachian State University, and Valery Cruz, a biology major at Pfeiffer University were featured.
