Gray Stone soccer ties Montgomery Central

The Gray Stone men’s soccer team went out of conference play Tuesday night and played the Montgomery Central Timberwolves to a 2-2 tie on the old East Montgomery field.
Gray Stone took the lead in the 27th minute on a Judson Bullard hader inside the box off a Luke Hill free kick.
Montgomery Central (1-2-2) tied the game nine minutes later then took the lead just before halftime to lead the Knights at the break, 2-1.
Bullard tied the match in the 62nd minute heading in a cross intro the box to tie the match, 2-2.
The two teams will play later in the season at Gray Stone Oct. 24.
Gray Stone returns to action Wednesday night at South Stanly.
