Friday night saw the Gray Stone varsity women’s basketball team stay perfect on the season and in Yadkin Valley Conference play with a 47-23 win at South Stanly.

Danika Ray led the Knights (13-0, 7-0 YVC) with 11 points while Seccora Medley added 10 points and her sister, Niriah, just missed double figures with nine points.

Jacy Noble and D’Nysia Wall scored seven points each to lead the Bulls (1-16, 1-8).

For the fifth time this season, the Knights limited the opposition to less than 30 points in a game.

Gray Stone hosts South Davidson Tuesday while South Stanly plays at North Rowan.
