Peter campaigned smartly and consistently, spending a great deal of time and well thought out effort. He deserved to win.

Congratulations also to Peter on being chosen the Stanly County Chamber Of Commerce “Citizen Of The Year.” Peter is a constant promoter of Stanly County, especially
in Downtown Albemarle where his business, Vac & Dash, is a strong presence and contributor to everything that goes on in that area and in Albemarle.

Incumbent Ashley Morgan also put in a considerable amount of work seeking re-election to a second four-year term.
