George Bennett Causby and Joyce Branch Causby celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary on May 29, 2020.

The Causbys met in 1952 while attending East Carolina University.

Joyce is from Greenville and George was in the 1951 graduating class of Albemarle High School.

They were married on May 29, 1954 in Greenville’s Memorial Baptist Church.

Joyce and George have lived in Raleigh for the past 53 years.

They currently reside at Magnolia Glen Senior Living Center in Raleigh.
