I want to commend the ones in charge of organizing “The Parade of Seniors” held in Oakboro on June 6.

This was a wonderful idea and event. It was a time where each senior, who participated, could be recognized individually.

I pray great blessings on the class of 2020.

I hope “The Parade of Seniors” can become an annual event for the Town of Oakboro.

“The Town of Parades” — no better way to let people know we care about them.
