The Stanly County NC3 senior baseball team fell to 6-8 overall with a 15-5 nine-inning loss at home Saturday to Greensboro.

Connor Tucker delivered his eighth home run of the season for Stanly along with a double and two RBI. Jaxon Buck added two hits and drove in a run while Jack Foley also had an RBI for Stanly.

Colby Lamm took the loss for Stanly, allowing five earned runs on seven hits with three strikeouts.

Stanly is scheduled to play tonight at Mocksville.
