COOKING WITH THE SNAP: Air Fryer Pork Chops

Air Fryer Pork Chops

Ingredients:
Pork chops
Salt and Pepper to taste
Olive oil
Parmesan cheese

Heat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 380 degrees F.

Place pork chops coated in a little olive oil and seasoned with salt and pepper.

You don’t need a lot of salt, because pork does have a little salt naturally like most meats.

Cook at 380 degrees for 14 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time.

When you turn the meat sprinkle parmesan cheese on the top and allow to brown during the additional cooking time.

Cooking times will vary depending on thickness. My pork chops were not super thin, but they weren’t thick either.

Cooking times will vary from approximately 9 to 20 minutes depending on thickness. Measuring internal temperature is the best indicator they’re done and not overcooked.
