HARRISTOWN NEWS: Bread available Friday
Let’s stay encouraged and continue to follow safe practices. Wear a mask, wash hands often and practice social distancing. Remember that school is back in. Look out for children in and around school zones.
There will be a bread giveaway 4:30-5:30 p.m. Friday at 309 Arey Ave., Albemarle. This is a free giveaway sponsored by the South Albemarle Ministerial Alliance. Different kinds of bread will be available. If you would like to donate funds to help the alliance continue to host food giveaways, contact Bishop Gwendolyn Holland.
St. Luke Church will host Sunday school lessons on Wednesday nights beginning the first Wednesday in September. All are invited to take part. The telephone number is 305-848-8888. Room number is 333.
