Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

• Brandon Dale Bowers, 27, was arrested and charged with misdemeanor simple possession of schedule II controlled substance, misdemeanor possession drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia at Ledbetter-Ford Road, Oakboro, Sept. 7.

• Jennifer Marie Olsen, 31, was cited on charge of possession drug paraphernalia at NC 24/Converse Road, Albemarle, Sept. 7.

• Avery Charles Peedin, 41, was cited on charge of of possession drug paraphernalia at NC 24/River Haven Drive, Albemarle, Sept. 7.

• Hunter Ray Scott, 29, was arrested on felony breaking and/or entering, misdemeanor attempted breaking or entering a building and felony larceny after breaking/entering at Stanly County Jail Sept. 8.

• Timothy Daniel Motley, 32, was arrested on felony breaking and/or entering, misdemeanor attempted breaking or entering a building and felony larceny after breaking/entering at Stanly County Jail Sept. 8.

• Daryl Devontee Davis, 28, was arrested on felony charge of possession with intent to manufacture, sell, deliver schedule VI controlled substance and misdemeanor possession marijuana paraphernalia in Albemarle Sept. 8.

• Franklyn Antonio Gainey, 35, was arrested on charge of misdemeanor assault on female at South Third Street, Albemarle, Sept. 8.

• Robert Price Ricketts, 42, was arrested on felony charge of possession of heroin at Oak Road/Acorn Acres Road, Norwood, Sept. 8.

• Joseph Thomas Lowder, 41, was arrested on misdemeanor charge of larceny, felony possession methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession drug paraphernalia at South Third Street, Albemarle, NC, Sept. 9.

• Kevin Michael Coleman, 37, was arrested for felony breaking and/or entering and felony larceny after breaking/entering on Wood Street, Albemarle, Sept. 10.

• Jack Artemas Mcrae, 69, was arrested on misdemeanor charge of assault on female on Keystone Drive, Albemarle, Sept. 10.

• Michael Lee Clark, 32, was arrested on misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana and misdemeanor simple possession schedule VI controlled substance on US 52, Norwood, Sept. 10.

• Jamey Wade Bass, 33, was arrested on misdemeanor charge of assault on female on Willow Street, Albemarle, Sept. 11.

• A rape was reported on Sept. 11.

• Jordan Mark Faulkner, 24, was arrested on felony possession of controlled substance in prison/jail, misdemeanor simple possession schedule VI controlled substance and misdemeanor possession marijuana paraphernalia at East Main/Charter Street, Albemarle, Sept. 12.

• Jamie Nicole Leggett, 31, was arrested on misdemeanor charge of breaking or entering, felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at Central Avenue, Norwood, Sept. 12.

• Felicia Gail Eudy, 28, was arrested felony charge of possession schedule II controlled substance on Whitley Street, Norwood, Sept. 13.
