COOKING WITH THE SNAP – Spaghetti Squash

Editor’s Note: As the SNAP turns 140 this year, let’s celebrate the past with some of our favorite recipes of our grandparents, parents, aunts and uncles. Spaghetti Squash

Cut the squash in half lengthwise.

Using a spoon clean out the seeds and pulp.

Place on a baking pan right (cut) side up.

Drizzle with olive oil.

Sprinkle with salt.

Bake at 400 for 30 – 45 minutes.

Remove from oven.

Use a fork to scrape the inside out.

Add salt to taste.
