COOKING WITH THE SNAP – Spaghetti Squash
Editor’s Note: As the SNAP turns 140 this year, let’s celebrate the past with some of our favorite recipes of our grandparents, parents, aunts and uncles. Cut the squash in half lengthwise.
Using a spoon clean out the seeds and pulp.
Place on a baking pan right (cut) side up.
Drizzle with olive oil.
Sprinkle with salt.
Bake at 400 for 30 – 45 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Use a fork to scrape the inside out.
Add salt to taste.
