James Thomas Webb, 36, was arrested on misdemeanor charge of assault on female and misdemeanor charge of simple possession schedule VI controlled substance on Arey Avenue Oct. 5.

Montie Krishun Brewer, 21, was arrested on felony charge of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver at Bailey Street and Coggins Avenue Oct. 5.

Stafford Labrad Davis, 40, was arrested on felony charge of habitual larceny on Henry Jay Street Oct. 6.
