Albemarle Police Department reports the following:

Brian Gordon Purkey, 33, was arrested on charge of misdemeanor larceny at Leonard Avenue, Albemarle, Oct. 21.

Harry Michael Fahy, 24, was arrested on charge of misdemeanor simple assault at Richardson Street, Albemarle, Oct. 21.

Christina Ann Colson, 39, was arrested on charge of misdemeanor larceny at NC 24-27 Bypass E., Albemarle, Oct. 21.

Harry Michael Fahy, 24, was arrested on charge of misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun at South Third Street, Albemarle, Oct. 21.

Derrick Lindsey Lowery, 28, was arrested on charge of misdemeanor larceny at South Third Street, Albemarle, Oct. 21.

Keri Renee Clark, 22, was arrested on charge of misdemeanor larceny at Leonard Avenue, Albemarle, Oct. 21.

Eric Michael Smith, 41, was arrested on felony charge of possession of firearm by felon, felony possession of schedule II controlled substance, felony manufacture/sell/deliver/possession of controlled substance within 1,000 feet of park, misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana up to half an ounce, misdemeanor charge of possession of drug paraphernalia, misdemeanor charge of possession of marijuana paraphernalia, felony charge of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI controlled substance, felony charge of maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance and felony charge of possession of firearm by felon at South Third Street, Albemarle, Oct. 21.
