COOKING WITH THE SNAP: Granola Bites

Editor’s Note: As the SNAP turns 140 this year, let’s celebrate the past with some of our favorite recipes of our grandparents, parents, aunts and uncles. Granola Bites

1 1/2 Cups quick oats
1/2 Cup peanut butter
1/3 Cup raw honey
1/4 Cup mini dark chocolate chips
1/4 Cup dried cranberries or raisins

Combine ingredients in medium sized bowl.

Using cookie scoop, shape into bite size balls.

Refrigerate

Optional – Sprinkle in some unsweetened coconut, flax seeds, chia seeds or 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
