Albemarle Police Department reports the following:

Ernest Felton Wallace, 59, was arrested and faces charges of misdemeanor larceny and felony obtaining controlled substance by fraud/forgery at NC Highway 24-27 Bypass E./East Main Street, Albemarle, Nov. 2.

Dajah Sheayon Balbuena-rufino, 24, was arrested on a misdemeanor larceny charge at Leonard Avenue, Albemarle, Nov. 2.
