Henry Chris Rinehart, 55, was arrested on misdemeanor charge of assault and battery at South Third Street, Albemarle, Nov. 3.

Dylan Ray Deberry-elrod, 29, was arrested on misdemeanor charge of felony possession schedule II controlled substance on NC 24-27 Bypass E., Albemarle, Nov. 3.
