The Singing Americans of Stanly County will present “Christmas in America!” at 3 p.m. Nov. 29 at Grace Baptist Church in Albemarle, 11:30 a.m. Dec. 5 at Courthouse Square Park in Albemarle and 6 p.m. Dec. 13 at West Stanly Baptist Church in Oakboro.

Under the direction of Bob Remsburg, musical selections for “Christmas in America” will include arrangements from “America of The I Sing,” “Christmas Classics” and “Sounds Like Christmas.” An arrangement of “Christmas in America” has been added to the program with the assistance of Rod Almond, Tim Hedrick and Carmella Hedrick.

Arrangements have also been made for a special taping of this performance with James Cotton. The performance will then be shared with assisted living centers in the community.

Concert performances scheduled are free and open to the public.
