Editor’s Note: As the SNAP turns 140 this year, let’s celebrate the past with some of our favorite recipes of our grandparents, parents, aunts and uncles. Sandwich Wrap

Whole grain wrap or tortilla
Lean meat – I used thin sliced turkey
Cheese – I used a slice of pepper jack for extra flavor
Spread of choice – Basil pesto or hummus

Spread pesto or hummus on sandwich wrap. Layer with meat and cheese.

Roll and slice in half.

Serve with fresh fruit or side salad.
