The Albemarle Rotary Club named two new Paul Harris Fellows and two who became multi-Paul Harris Fellows at a recent meeting. Dr. Surendrapal S. Mac and Dr. Harjit B. Mac both received their first Paul Harris Fellow Award. Frank S. Sparger became a multi Paul Harris Fellow with his second award and Doug Mattox received his third Paul Harris Award.

The Paul Harris Award is given to those who contribute or have contributions made in their name to the Rotary Foundation. Paul Harris Fellows, one of the many programs carried out by the Foundation, is to annually give grants to 1,000 students to study overseas and act as cultural ambassadors.
