Other Church News
Badin Baptist members will enjoy a virtual get together for carol-singing during a Zoom meeting at 7 p.m. Wednesday. Regular Wednesday Bible study Zoom sessions will resume Dec. 30, and Sunday worship via Facebook is at 10 a.m. Sunday. Plans for January will be announced after Christmas.
Love Thy Neighbor, an outreach of Palestine UMC, partnered with Red & Blue Christmas Rescue to purchase Christmas gifts for more than two dozen students in the Palestine and Badin communities. Additional donations and support were given by Bethel UMC and other individuals in the community. A hearty thank you to all who had a part in making Christmas bright for these children and families.
Palestine UMC will have in-person Sunday services at 11 a.m. (not 10 a.m. as was reported in the last news report).
