Anne Michelle Woodard, 22, was arrested on felony charge of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession drug paraphernalia at Canton Road, Albemarle, on Dec. 16.

Cameron Lewis Cagle, 25, was arrested on felony charge of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver methamphetamine, felony charge of maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at Canton Road, Albemarle, NC, Dec. 16.

Timothy Mark Lowder, 59, was arrested on felony charge of possession with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at Canton Road, Albemarle, NC, Dec. 16.

Robbie Dale Williams, 55, was arrested on felony charge of possession of firearm by felon and cited on charge of possession of drug paraphernalia at Mission Church Road/Oscar Road, Locust, Dec. 16.

Kennyaha Shamblee, 38, was arrested on felony charge of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance and felony trafficking opium or heroin at Stanly County Courthouse, Albemarle, Dec. 17.

Gina Renee Cox, 49, was arrested on felony charge of possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at North Main Street, Norwood, Dec. 17.

Barbra Kay Viscomi, 37, was cited on charge of possession of marijuana up to half an ounce and cited on charge of simple possession schedule II controlled substance at South Stanly School Road/Old Cottonville Road, Norwood, Dec. 17.

Ricky Gerald Hough, 54, was cited on charge of possession of marijuana paraphernalia at North Main Street/West Whitley Street, Norwood, Dec. 17.
