Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:
Christopher Bryant Tucker, 40, was arrested on charge of misdemeanor assault on female at Woodhurst Street, Albemarle, Dec. 28.
Eric Duane Lilly, 48, was arrested on felony charge of possession of schedule I controlled substance at North Main Street/Central Avenue, Norwood, Dec. 28.
Amanda Shaw Crump, 41, was arrested on charge of felony possession of schedule II controlled substance and misdemeanor drug paraphernalia at South Third Street, Albemarle, Dec. 29.
Dustin Lee Smith, 28, was arrested on felony maintaining vehicle/dwelling/place of controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver heroin and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at Lake Glenn Drive, Stanfield, Dec. 29.
Leangelo Scott, 42, was arrested on misdemeanor assault on female and felony identity theft at US Highway 52/Riverview Road, Norwood, Dec. 29.
Jennifer Nicole Allen, 42, was arrested on felony break or enter motor vehicle at Mcswain Road on Dec. 30.
Derrick Mcray Poplin, 34, was arrested for felony assault by strangulation, misdemeanor assault on female, felony breaking and/or entering and felony larceny after breaking and/or entering at US Highway 52/Truss Lane on Dec. 30.
Leangelo Scott, 42, was arrested on misdemeanor assault on female and felony identity theft at US Highway 52/Riverview Road, Norwood, Dec. 30.
John Virgil Austin, 42, was arrested on misdemeanor assault on female at NC Highway 73 on Dec. 31.
Cody Scott Burleson, 24, was arrested on charge of felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule VI controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at US Highway 52 South/NC Highway 24-27 Bypass West, Albemarle, Dec. 31.
