Elbert Nathaniel Lowery, 23, was arrested on felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor simple possession schedule VI controlled substance at Burris Road Jan. 18.

Jimmy Jesus Cuen, 18, was cited on misdemeanor simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance at US Highway 52/Gene Road, New London, Jan. 18.

Ashley Ann Morrison, 33, was cited on possession drug paraphernalia at US Highway 52/Bowers Road, Norwood, Jan. 18.

Jake Dalton Coe, 26, was arrested on felony larceny of motor vehicle and felony altering serial numbers at South Second Street, Badin, Jan. 19.

William Patrick Holcomb, 27, was arrested on felony possession of methamphetamine, misdemeanor simple possession of schedule III controlled substance, misdemeanor simple possession schedule III controlled substance, misdemeanor simple possession of schedule VI controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia at NC Highway 24/27/Frog Pond, Oakboro, Jan. 19.

Dwayne Lee Sasser, 41, was arrested on misdemeanor assault on female and misdemeanor injury to personal property at Shankle Road, Norwood, Jan. 19.

Gregory Travis Houston, 37, was arrested on felony larceny of motor vehicle at South Third Street, Albemarle, Jan. 19.

Christian Emile Carr, 24, was arrested on felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver heroin and felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana at East Red Cross Road, Oakboro, Jan. 19.

Audria Victoria Little, 26, was cited on charge of possession of marijuana up to half an ounce at US Highway 52 South/NC Highway 731, Norwood, Jan. 19.
