Caleb Jahleel Hyatt, 24, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of assault on female at Davis Street, Albemarle, Feb. 1.
Ty-shon Jawan Elliott, 23, was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of assault on female at Summit Avenue, Albemarle, Feb. 1.
