Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

Sissy Marie Hood, 33, was arrested for felony possession of schedule I controlled substance at Roosevelt Street/Sumpter Street, Badin, and cited for misdemeanor simple possession schedule III controlled substance at Roosevelt Street/Washington Street, Badin, Jan. 29.

William Carroll Mullis, 55, was arrested on charge of felony possession of firearm by felon at Fraley Road, Stanfield, Jan. 30.

James Fredrick Blizzard, 28, was arrested on felony charge of second degree kidnapping at South Third Street, Albemarle, Jan. 30.

Leah Michele Adair, 18, was arrested on felony charge of larceny of firearm at Doody Avenue, Norwood, Jan. 31.

Aaron Lyle Kinney, 37, was arrested for misdemeanor assault on female, misdemeanor breaking or entering and misdemeanor solicitation of prostitution in Norwood Feb. 1.

Eric Michael Smith, 41, was arrested for felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at Griffin-Greene Boulevard/Buster Road, Oakboro, Feb. 1.

Larry Lee James, 29, was arrested for felony malicious conduct by prisoner/throw, misdemeanor assault on a female, misdemeanor larceny, misdemeanor injury to personal property at Stony Gap Road, Albemarle, Feb. 1.

Chad Jerome Medlin, 44, was arrested for felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule IV controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule III controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at NC Highway 205, Oakboro, Feb. 1.

Christopher Terrence Clonch, 35, was arrested for felony possession of heroin and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia at South Third Street, Albemarle, Feb. 2.

Derrick Shawn Thomas, 30, was arrested on misdemeanor charge of assault inflicting serious injury with a minor present and misdemeanor assault on female at Doody Avenue, Norwood, Feb. 2.

Richard Thomas Dunevant, 39, was arrested for felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver methamphetamine, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana and felony maintaining a vehicle/dwelling/place for controlled substance in Albemarle Feb. 2.

David Alvin Shaffar, 34, was arrested for misdemeanor assault on female at Sun Rise Lane, Oakboro, Feb. 2.

Joseph Frederick Nicastro, 52, was arrested for felony breaking and/or entering and felony larceny after breaking/entering at South Third Street, Albemarle, Feb. 2.
