Breakfast Smoothie

1 Cup frozen fruit (I chose a berry, cherry mixture)
1 Cup low-fat milk or beverage of choice (I chose coconut milk)
2/3 Cup non-fat Greek yogurt, plain (flavored yogurts have a lot of sugar and I’m trying to cut down on sweets and sugar)

Mix in blender until smooth. If you prefer your smoothie a little sweeter, add 1 teaspoon or Tablespoon local honey. Enjoy! (I have a single-serving blender and it’s one of the most used appliances at my house. You simply add ingredients to the cup; blend and you have a smoothie ready to go in a cup.)
