Stanly County Sheriff’s Office reports the following activity:

Buddy Lee Owens, 42, was arrested for felony trafficking opium or heroin and felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver schedule II controlled substance at Coble Avenue/West Main Street, Albemarle, Feb. 23.

Hannah Marie Howell, 31, was arrested for misdemeanor simple assault at N.C. Highway 200, Stanfield, Feb. 23.

Tiffanie Denise Smith, 31, was arrested on felony charge of possession of stolen motor vehicle, felony possession of methamphetamine and felony possession of schedule I controlled substance at Thomas Lane, Albemarle, Feb. 24.

Justin Michael Saunders, 23, was arrested on a felony charge of trafficking opium or heroin and felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver heroin at NC Highway 73, Richfield, Feb. 24.

Fitzgerald Kennedy Ingram, 29, was arrested for felony robbery with dangerous weapon, felony conspiracy robbery with dangerous weapon, two charges of felony assault with a deadly weapon with serious injury, felony trafficking opium or heroin, felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver heroin, felony possession of firearm by felon, felony conspiracy and felony failure to register as sex offender at NC Highway 73/Apex, Albemarle, Feb. 24.
