Justin Allen Hopkins, 28, was charged with felony conspiracy and felony larceny of motor vehicle parts at South Third Street, Albemarle, March 4.

Jeffery Daniel Dye, 23, was charged with felony conspiracy at South Third Street, Albemarle, March 4.

Tonya Elaine Smith, 42, was arrested on a charge of felony larceny by employee at Leonard Avenue, Albemarle, March 4.
